Roshini McCartin
Roshini McCartin started doing yoga after moved to Ireland in 2004. She originally dedicated her practice to the Bikram style and then extended her studies to Hatha and Anusara, which have now become her core styles.
While Bikram was and remains a great physical challenge and work out, Roshini is now more drawn to the heart-flowing yoga of Anusara. She most admires the open, expressional asana and the pure beauty of this style. She has been inspired and uplifted by the community that participate in Anusara inspired classes and workshops, a really beautiful Kula.
Roshini is at her final stage of training with the YTTC, and is now eligible to teach. She has intentions to continue her professional development Bali in March, to partake in a Bridget Woods Kramer teacher training program.
