Join Sinead for this very special retreat.  Yoga, meditation, pranayama, deep relaxation, forest walks and hikes, great food wonderful atmosphere.   Sinead will bring you on a journey deep into your inner being where you will find peace and stillness and the ability to connect to nature in a whole new way.

Sinead combines yoga with high grade essential oils  that will deepen each aspect of the yoga practice The types of blends she uses balance, uplift, focus, detox, de-stress and relax.   They are powerful in stilling the mind for meditation and clear energy Everyone will go deeper into their internal body where they will experience infinite peace, harmony and joy

The house is set on 8 acres. Six acres are planted in indigenous oak forest. There is a walk at the end of the driveway up Croghan Hill, along the Wexford/Wicklow border.

Friday 23rd May
5pm: Arrive

6.30 – 8.30:  Yoga.
8.30 – 9.30: Dinner
9.30- 10.00:  Meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep yoga relaxation)

Saturday 24th May
9:00 – 11.30 – Rise and Shine Yoga and Mediation
11.3 0 – 12. 30 – Brunch
12.30 – 2.00.  Hike
2.30 – 3.30pm: Rest/ light snack
3.30pm – 5.00pm: Yoga
5.15pm – 6.30pm: Meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra
7:00pm:  Evening Meal.
9.00pm:  Wind down meditation, relaxation & neck massage.

Sunday 25th May:

9:00 – 11.30 – Rise and Shine Yoga and Mediation
11.3 0 – 12. 30 – Brunch
12.30 – 2.00.  Hike
