There will be lots on the agenda this weekend including walks and talks on how to bring more balance into your day to day life.. 8.30 a.m. Walk
10 – 12. 30 Meditation, Pranayama, Postures, Relaxation.
12.30 – 1.30 Brunch
1.30 – 5.00pm Free Time
5.00- 7.00 pm Yoga Postures, Meditation, Relaxation.
7.00 – 9.oo pm Dinner.
