Black Porridge with Miso, Coconut and Banana

250g black rice, cooked
100g quinoa, cooked
3 bananas, sliced
4tsp palm sugar or soft brown sugar
2 tsp miso
300 ml coconut milk.
Mix the cooked rice and quinoa with some grated nutmeg.
Add the sliced banana’s, sugar, miso and coconut milk.
Heat the porridge and serve int he small gratin dish.
Garnish with sliced banana and desiccated coconut.
