Sinead has been teaching yoga for 15 years. In that time she constantly expanded her knowledge through continued learning such as Continued Yoga Teacher Training with some of the most highly regarded Anusara teachers. She has covered well over 500 hours or yoga training to date, and completed dual diplomas in Diet and Nutrition & Anatomy and Physiology in 2004. She is also certified health & wellness coach. Her style of yoga is Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on a meditation that focuses, grounds and centres body, mind and soul.
