Detox Lunch:
Spinach, rocket, lettuce, avocado, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, chives, falafel, hummus with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic and a tiny drop of organic agave syrup (for flavour), topped with Nasturtium an edible herb flower. Yum!
You could have a side of brown rice, spelt bread or oatcakes with this.
