Hush Yoga is finding a new home.  In the mean time some Hush yoga classes will be held in temporary locations while others will be on hold.   These locations will be within walking distance of the Baggot St area and Dublin city centre.

Hush Yoga is sorry for any inconvenience this will cause and we hope to see you soon on your yoga mat.

The  new class and workshop timetable will be updated on January 7th.

Whether in the studio or on a holiday Hush Yoga is dedicated to a high standard of yoga teaching with each class offering a creative approach to balancing body, mind and soul.

We are committed to presenting dynamic yoga classes such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga while using  Anusara and Iyengar techniques.  In these yoga practices postures are connected through continuous flowing movement while focusing on breath. Meditation is also encouraged and practiced.

Hush Yoga teachers are themselves dedicated yogi’s, committed to their own daily practices, each sharing their personal yoga experience with students.  Each teacher encourages enjoyment and balance within the yoga practice.  There is always an air of lightness and fun at a Hush Yoga class!
