Thank you for visiting my website. I hold weekly yoga  and meditation classes at 16 Dame St, Dublin 2.  Dublin Osteopathy, 32 Nassau St, Dublin 2.

I also hold classes at  Trinity College Sports Centre, Dublin 2.

My yoga classes are dynamic and challenging with a strong emphasis on meditation at the beginning and end of the yoga class.   The style is known as Hatha Flow or Vinayasa Flow.

Holistic Health Coaching  is a field that I recently expanding into, coaching others to gain a  healthy balance in body, mind and soul. Coaching is a whole person approach therefore diet, exercise, serenity, creativity are all considered and anything that encourages a positive state of well-being. I share my insights and knowledge in the hope to benefit others.

Classes are challenging yet there is room for each individual to go at their own pace. I cater for all levels from beginners to advanced yoga classes.  Private, group and corporate classes are available in the comfort of your own home or work place.  Also monthly workshops along with hosting international guest teachers. Every quarter I guide a Yoga and Detox program Detox With Me,

Through my blog I share with you philosophical reflections,  physical yoga tips and personal experiences along my yoga-life path. I try do my best at all times, teaching warmly and from the heart in the understanding that yoga, meditation and self awareness improve peoples lives.
