- A weekly yoga schedule in Ibiza at Atzaro, from June through September 2009.
- The Hush Rustic yoga holiday experience. Week long yoga holidays in Ibiza and Dahab starting at €700.
- The Hush Luxury yoga holiday experience. Week long yoga holiday at a 5 * boutique hotel. Prices start at €1500.
THE CONCEPT
Whether in the studio or on a holiday Hush Yoga is dedicated to a high standard of yoga teaching with each class offering a creative approach to balancing body, mind and soul.
We are commited to presenting dynamic yoga classes such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga while using Anusara and Iyengar techniques. In these yoga practices postures are connected through continuous flowing movement while focusing on breath. Meditation is also encouraged and practiced.
Hush Yoga teachers are themselves dedicated yogi’s, commited to their own daily practices, each sharing their personal yoga experience with students. Each teacher encourages enjoyment and balance within the yoga practice. There is always an air of lightness and fun at a Hush Yoga class!
In addition to classes Hush Yoga design luxury and rustic yoga retreat packages for the spiritual tourist. Global nomads can treat body, mind & soul with a specialised yoga break in stunning locations around the world. These are tailor made holidays to inspire finding the perfect alchemy between self care and enjoyment. Challenging indoor & outdoor yoga classes will be offered alongside classes to cater for all levels, focusing on building strength while reconnecting to ones inner zen. The scene is informal also placing emphasis on downtime, exploration and relaxation.
