My yoga classes are dynamic and challenging with a strong emphasis on meditation at the beginning and end of the yoga class. The style is known as Hatha Flow or Vinayasa Flow. My yoga style and teaching has been influenced by many great teachers including Sri Dharma Mittra, seniour traditional Anusara teachers and others whom I am most grateful to.
I am dedicated to Vipassana meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin. This is a most pure form of meditation where one gains true insight, wisdom, immense peace and joy.
Holistic Health Coaching is a field that I recently expanding into, coaching others to gain a healthy balance in body, mind and soul. Coaching is a whole person approach therefore diet, exercise, serenity, creativity are all considered and anything that encourages a positive state of well-being.
